My approach is completely trauma-focused. I specialize in working with those who are pregnant, postpartum and newly parenting. I am also specially trained to work with clients who have experienced developmental and complex trauma. I offer both shorter term therapeutic approaches to address present mental health crises as well as longer term depth-therapy approaches for transforming attachment and relational challenges. It was only after entering motherhood myself that I learned how important and fragile the perinatal period is and discovered my passion for supporting families during this sacred and often difficult time.

12 years experience in the field of mental health, 8 years experience providing therapy and 5 years experience in solo private practice. Certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support Int'l, EMDR Therapist, NARM Master Therapist and Qualified Supervisor.

I see clients in-person in St. Augustine and virtually throughout Florida. I am available for sessions Mondays-Fridays during daytime hours.I am happy to verify your insurance coverage through Headway and inform you of your financial responsibility for each session. I can provide a superbill to clients with out-of-network benefits seeking insurance reimbursement.
