As an accredited Social Worker I offer a compassionate, therapeutic space for you to be genuinely seen and heard whilst navigating the unpredictable path of healing and trauma renegotiation. I provide counselling for women (& people assigned female at birth) as they navigate the perinatal period, women's reproductive health issues and hormonal & life stage transitions.

I hold a deep passion in supporting people experiencing significant loss (especially pregnancy & infant), developmental & relational trauma and renegotiating traumatic birth. My work with you has a foundation in attachment theory, contemporary approaches to trauma and grief, alongside various evidence based talk therapy modalities. I offer an opportunity to include an understanding of your nervous system responses(brain-body) in connection with your psychological and lived experiences to find a new connection to healing and wholeness.
