Lauren is a highly experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with over 17 years of practice in the field of Psychology. She is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.
Based in Victoria’s Southern Region, Lauren has dedicated her career to both public and private mental health services. She spent her early years in the not-for-profit sector before joining Monash Health, one of Melbourne’s leading public hospital networks. Over the past 15 years at Monash Health, she has held key roles including within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, and currently serves as the Deputy Director of Psychology and Specialist Services.
Lauren’s clinical expertise spans the entire lifespan—from children to older adults—with a particular interest in trauma and its impact on personality development. She is deeply passionate about the role of Psychology in public mental health and is committed to fostering the growth and development of psychology professionals, including staff, registrars, and students.
A strong advocate for Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Lauren values its versatility across diverse clinical presentations. She has co-facilitated IPT training both in Australia and the United States, and continues to supervise clinicians undergoing IPT certification in Australia.
