Jessica Schultz, PhD, is a counseling psychologist and Professor of Psychology at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois (USA). She is a licensed psychologist in the state of Iowa and maintains a small private practice. Dr. Schultz has over a decade of experience in clinical work and research focused on Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). She has served as a presenter, supervisor, and consultant in IPT training programs across the country. In addition to numerous articles, she is the co-author of Deliberate Practice in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (APA Press) and the Interpersonal Psychotherapy Clinician Handbook. Her scholarly work also includes presentations and publications in the areas of posttraumatic growth, hope, and forgiveness.
