Shalene offers a compassionate, solution-focused approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, internal family systems, prolonged exposure, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and acceptance and commitment therapies.

While she has a special focus on perinatal mental health, Shalene is deeply committed to supporting adults of all ages through life’s many transitions.
