Kimberly Polanco is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a Birth and Abortion Doula, specializing in creating safe spaces for individuals and families throughout pregnancy, termination, birth and postpartum in both English and Spanish.
Kimberly believes that each person should have the access to mental health services, sexual and reproductive education. Her aim is to support individuals and families to actively advocate for themselves and to make informed decisions as they navigate their experiences. She is a Prenatal Group Facilitator at Nido de Esperanza where she provides individualized parenting skills, supportive counseling, as well as facilitates prenatal groups for expectant mothers. Currently, Kimberly is a Social Worker at Mount Sinai Hospital's Bonded by Baby Program.
