I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) providing individual and couples therapy in Burbank. My approach as a therapist is typically eclectic and tailored to each person's needs and goals. Much of my professional background is in public mental health treatment. I have experience working with people who are simply seeking personal growth in addition to people facing debilitating disorders. Personally, I have an artistic background, so I always enjoy working with creatives and artists.

I specialize in Interpersonal Psychotherapy, which is good for life transitions, loss, and strained relationships, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is good for confronting unhelpful thinking patterns. Other areas of focus include: mindfulness, mood, self-esteem, communication, anxiety, depression, bereavement, aging, trauma, sexuality, and crisis intervention. I offer flexibility to people who travel frequently and/or have difficulty making time for therapy, as I can conduct sessions via confidential video chat.
