I am a licensed clinical psychologist who provides private, home-based treatment services for individuals and families living in and around the Greater Boston area. I specialize in the treatment of maternal depression (both prenatal and postpartum), with a specific focus on reducing depressive symptoms, improving relationships, and creating lasting change. For years, I have helped women successfully manage and overcome their depression, parent confidently, and establish healthy family relationships.
I have an integrative orientation to treatment, meaning that my work draws from several empirically validated techniques and therapeutic approaches. These include Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CPT), and Lifestyle Medicine.
I went to graduate school and received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. I completed my Pre-Doctoral Internship and Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
