Hui Ching Low is a registered social worker/ psychotherapist/ marriage and family therapist with three decades of expertise specializing in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Marriage and Family Therapy. She is experienced in clinical practice across various settings (military, school and healthcare), supervision, training and program development. She is a recipient of the Singapore Ministry of Health Holdings Healthcare Graduate Studies Award for her M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and the Ministry of Health Mental Health Manpower Development Plan Fellowship – Diploma in Clinical Supervision. She anchored the development and implementation of the SingHealth staff counselling and therapy services in the largest acute hospital in Singapore. As the founder of the Singapore IPT Network and a certified IPT therapist, supervisor and trainer with the IPT Institute International, she facilitates IPT sharing sessions and conducts training and supervision in IPT regularly.
