Ms. Grey is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and board certified and licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Art Therapy Certified Supervisor with specialized training in IPT, EFT, IFS and psychodynamic and relational modalities. She maintains a private practice in New York City helping adults and couples overcome a wide range of challenges, including life transitions, attachment and relational distress, depression, anxiety, as well as abuse and other forms of complex trauma. She is passionate about and committed to helping people achieve true emotional wellbeing.
