I am a seasoned clinician with nearly 20 years of clinical experience including in women's mental health and veteran mental health. Interpersonal Therapy is at the heart of my practice which is strongly aligned with attachment theory and appreciation for the client's context and culture. My approach also is informed by other certifications I have and well integrated with these as appropriate to include my certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), cognitive processing therapy for PTSD and behavioral health interventions such as Heartmath HRV Biofeedback and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.
