I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT#94803) with a passion for helping individuals and families realize their full potentials. I believe that healing is gained in looking through a whole person lens, including mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and social aspects of our personhood. I will work together with you to help you discover and utilize your innate strengths, in effect equipping and empowering you navigate through life’s difficulties and struggles. I have experience in providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
