With training in EMDR and ERP I know everyone is as unique as the story they share with me and I am ready to meet them where they are. I support moms, dads, families, and individuals navigating significant life transitions. I also have training to work with perinatal mental health, trauma, addictions, and obsessive compulsive disorder.
