I am a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience in psychotherapy. I received my bachelor’s in psychology from The Ohio State University. I earned both my master’s degree and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Purdue School of Science at IUPUI. I received in-depth training in trauma recovery through Summa Health’s Center for Traumatic Stress and have spent over a decade as a clinical psychologist, Women’s Mental Health coordinator, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy Team Lead at the Central Ohio Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. I have now expanded my clinical and consultation services to women across the United States via PSYPACT.

I offer psychological assessment and psychotherapy services for women experiencing reproductive mental health concerns across the lifespan. I am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) by Postpartum Support International (PSI). I can help people with mental health concerns during pregnancy and postpartum transitions, including postpartum depression, anxiety, and PTSD related to birth trauma, miscarriage, and infant loss. With additional specialization across the spectrum of reproductive concerns, I can also help those whose mental health is influenced by infertility, premenstrual dysphoria (PMDD), termination decisions, and perimenopause.

I also have extensive experience in the treatment of complex trauma in women. This allows me to partner with women as they take steps toward recovering from a variety of traumas that are unfortunately more common for women to experience, including childhood abuse, domestic violence/intimate partner violence, military sexual trauma, and reproductive trauma. Many women have experienced multiple traumas, and we can work together to help you decide what your healing path will look like.
