I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. I work with people who are feeling overwhelmed or stuck and need to make some changes. Perhaps you're going through a major life transition like becoming a parent, the hormonal changes of perimenopause, or the death of a loved one. Perhaps you're struggling with anxiety or depression and need help finding a way through it. I'm here to help. I'll offer you a safe space where you can explore what is keeping you stuck and work on developing the skills you need to make useful changes.

I use evidence-based treatments, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and solution focused techniques to help you work through the difficult stuff in your life. Together, we'll design a treatment plan that feels right for you.

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. It might even feel a little scary, or like you’re not sure where to begin.
