Key aspects will include the cultivation of working supervisory relationships, the provision of clear feedback and evaluation (including addressing professional competencies issues), fostering of self-assessment and meta competency in supervisees. The training will address competency for supervisors and ways for supervisors to strive for enhancing their own competencies in the provision of clinical supervision.
