Welcome! Therapy is a place to learn about yourself, your relationships, and how past experiences have impacted you. Are you constantly feeling worried and overwhelmed? Do you feel sad and overcome by negative thoughts? Do you feel disconnected from your partner? Are you grieving a loss? I work with clients who are struggling with common life challenges and transitions and want to learn ways to cope, manage their stress, and feel better. My goal is to create a space where you can talk about how you are doing without feeling judged and feel empowered on your own journey of healing.

I work with women and men and have worked many years supporting adults in the community as a mental health therapist. In addition, I have specialized training in perinatal/ reproductive mental health (infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy/ postpartum well-being, parenting) and grief and loss (e.g. motherless mothers).

Life can often feel isolating and even unfair. You are not alone in how you're feeling and things can get better with the right supports in place. I use a collaborative approach based on effective treatment methods. My work is guided by an attachment, relational, and emotion-focused lens. Please reach out today to see if we'd be a good fit.
