Applicants for IPT Institute Membership at all levels may register an application upon completion of the specific training requirements. Upon submission, application materials will be reviewed. Once approved, certification at the appropriate level is granted.
Therapists who complete any Level will be recognized with an IPT Institute certificate. Those who complete Levels C, D, and E will also be listed on this site as certified therapists, supervisors, and trainers respectively if they wish.
Level A- completion of basic training course of two days or more
Requires Completion of Application Form
Register for Level A Membership
Level B- completion of 2 supervised cases
Requires Application Form, Evaluation of Supervisor Form, and Supervisor Evaluation Form (completed by supervisor)
Register for Level B Membership
Level C- completion of Level B and two additional supervised cases
Requires Application Form, Evaluation of Supervisor Form, and Supervisor Evaluation Form (completed by supervisor)
Register for Level C Membership
Level D- completion of Level C and additional supervisor training
Requires Application Form, Supervisor Endorsement Form (completed by supervisor)
